Here are some tips and advice you can use to create meaningful change in your health, fitness and mindset.
1️⃣ Find Your “Why”
- You need to Identify the deeper reason you want to stay consistent (e.g., better health for your family, improving mental health, staying active with your kids ect.).
- Reflect, write it down and revisit it often. This is key.
- ✅ Action Steps: Set up a daily reminder on your phone with a motivational quote or reason WHY you started. Also connect with people that inspires you to keep going in good and hard times.

- Remember: Progress isn’t linear. Setbacks are part of the journey—learn and keep going.
