Personal training sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday from 7am to 8pm.
Saturday are available only for make ups or reschedules. Request for more information to see availability.

Yes but it depends of the package you choose. The bigger the package the longer it takes to expire.

Monthly sessions, flexible scheduling, Nutrition and goal setting virtual sessions as well as personalized program for you to do on your own depending on your routine. You also can add extra sessions or packages if you’ll like for 15% off, saving you even more money!

We do not offer “cookie cutter” programs! After your free personal training session we will examine your goals and create a custom program based on your ability, limits, schedule and any pain or injuries. Most of our programs include three or four separate training days (workouts) that you will perform.

We do not believe in unrealistic and short term big goals. The industry has a bad reputation for promising incredible results in short periods of time. They sell you incredible promises knowing too well it’s not true. Your habits and nutrition will also take a big part of your results. If you are able to make some small improvements in training, nutrition, sleep, and stress, you will see results a lot quicker. With small improvements over time, you will be amazed at what you can accomplish in a couple of months to a year!

All prospects will receive a free 1-on-1 assessment and session in which we ask some questions, take a look at your general capabilities and weaknesses, and go through a 30 minute intro workout. We then get our information to properly design a program that will work specifically to you. We offer specials deals and promotions each month which you’ll have the option to purchase after your assessment.
