In the last couple of years i have been able to develop a system that has helped a large amount of clients not just lose weight, but change their life and self motivation for fitness.
My name is Arturo Pacas, the founder of AP transform fitness. Featured as Oprah’s favorite coach in 2022. I am 29 years old, and I live in New York City, NY.

I struggled with social anxiety, body dysmorphia and depression in my early and mid 20s that caused me to have a yo-yo effect on my health, especially my weight. I challenged myself to overcome these barriers so i can conquer just about any obstacle life throws at me!
Since then, I have fallen in love with Fitness and Habit building stategies. Not just caused it helped me calm my depression and anxiety but it has made me a STRONGER and more REFLECTIVE person. To me, going to the gym and challenging myself is like therapy. It helps me become mentally and physically stronger every day! It challenges me and helps me grow every single day. In the good days and the bad days.
I didn’t just gain confidence but a strong mindset.

Your workouts need to be completed on the calendar section in the app. Make sure you click finish training so your workout gets tracked as completed. I advice putting your repetitions, weights and any notes you have for each exercise.
Connect Apple or Google health for more insights.

Depending on your program and plan you will need to track your macros in the nutrition food app thats connects with Ap Transform Fitness or track your habits daily in the calendar.
Your coach might also make sure you complete the course and keep you accountable though your program.

Go to the calendar section on the app and you will find your workouts and nutrition program for up to 4 weeks.

Yes, all members have access to the courses.

If your a SILVER member you will have access to interactive quizzes, goal setting sessions and full support on your journey.

If your a GOLD member you will have access to all silver benefits PLUS nutrition sessions, nutrition VIP programs and unlimited coaching sessions (30min) that can be scheduled within the app for optimal support in your workouts and program.
