About me

I have worked with clientele ranging in ages with various health needs from obese individuals to athletes as well as actors, comedians, and models. I’ve worked in many gyms including Blink fitness, NYSC, and Mid city Gym before I decided to create my own private personal training business.

No matter how many times you’ve tried losing weight or gaining muscle in the past, there is still hope. Struggle to change unhealthy habits, motivating oneself and lack of consistency are all things most of us struggle with. I believe we are all capable of doing extraordinary things with our bodies. My focus is to guide you on your path to a successful fitness journey.

It might take your 30 days to create a new habit, but that habit can change your life for the next 20 years.
