PROGRAM CHANGES

  • Traveling, injuries, work, schedule changes ect.

  • Please fill out the form for any changes that need to be made to your program.

  • Give your coach 24-48 hours for changes depending on what you need.


FAQs



  • Your workouts need to be completed on the calendar section in the app. Make sure you click finish training so your workout gets tracked as completed. I advice putting your repetitions, weights and any notes you have for each exercise.

    Connect Apple or Google health for more insights.



  • Depending on your program and plan you will need to track your macros in the nutrition food app thats connects with Ap Transform Fitness or track your habits daily in the calendar.

    Your coach might also make sure you complete the course and keep you accountable though your program.



  • Go to the calendar section on the app and you will find your workouts and nutrition program for up to 4 weeks.



  • Yes, all members have access to the courses.

    • If your a SILVER member you will have access to interactive quizzes, goal setting sessions and full support on your journey.

    • If your a GOLD member you will have access to all silver benefits PLUS nutrition sessions, nutrition VIP programs and unlimited coaching sessions (30min) that can be scheduled within the app for optimal support in your workouts and program.

  • Easy and Simple. On the app, in the monthly journey tile on the home section, Click The challenge System – Silver or Gold > manage subscription > Cancel Subscription.
